For the night guard team in the Center for Integrated Emergency Psychiatry and Crisis Intervention, we are looking for you as of August 1, 2026 or by appointment as tasks:

Together with the ward management and the interprofessional team, you will have a significant influence on the professional development of the team

You will have specialist responsibility and act as the first contact person for the nursing team on technical questions

Key requirements

  • Certified nursing specialist (HF/FH) with several years of professional experience in psychiatry
  • CAS degree in a specialist psychiatric topic is an advantage
  • Authentic and trustworthy personality with high social skills
  • Ability to think in a network, implementation skills and resilience
