- Maintenance of building and security systems (ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical) in the assigned branch portfolio
- Self-employed planning and execution of orders and/or assignment and supervision of craftsmen
- Professional experience of advantage: in the field of maintenance or building technology
- Completed basic or further education: in the technical field
Main responsibilities
- Maintenance of building and security systems (ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical) in the assigned branch portfolio
- Self-employed planning and execution of orders and/or assignment and supervision of craftsmen
- Operation and monitoring of building automation (time switches, alarms, energy data)
- Initiation and implementation of measures for the sustainable energy-optimized operation of all plants
- Responsibility for budgeting, timely and appropriate execution of maintenance including documentation and reporting
