- Management and further development of a sales team with six employees
- Development and implementation of a market processing strategy in the sales region Zug in the areas of insurance, pension and equipment
Main responsibilities
- Management and further development of a sales team with six employees
- Development and implementation of a market processing strategy in the sales region Zug in the areas of insurance, pension and equipment
- Support and further development of an existing customer base in your own sales responsibility as well as active acquisition and comprehensive consulting of private and corporate customers
- Establishment and maintenance of a network in economic and social circles
- Increase of team performance through targeted coaching, training and individual support
- A well-founded controlling of sales activities and the derivation and implementation of concrete measures
- Close, cross-sectoral cooperation to improve processes and exploit synergies
- Co-design and implementation of regional marketing measures to strengthen market presence Requirements:
- Multi-annual sales experience as a customer consultant or customer consultant with an all-branch insurer with a proven performance card
- Higher vocational training (e.g.
