- You represent the Uri Cantonal Hospital and ensure a professional, friendly welcome for patients and visitors.
- You are one of the first contact persons and handle telephone inquiries competently and service-oriented.
- You will be responsible for carefully recording and processing patient and insurance data to ensure a smooth process.

- You have completed training in the commercial sector, in the hotel industry or in tourism. Ideally, you have professional experience in the field of patient administration and knowledge of the healthcare and/or insurance industry.
- A strong service attitude and a well-groomed appearance are a given for you.
- Your personality is characterized by friendliness, courtesy, flexibility and resilience.
- Very good knowledge of German and strong communication skills are among your strengths and foreign languages, especially English, are an advantage.
- You have a high affinity for the digital workplace and feel comfortable in a modern working environment.
- You are motivated to take on early, late, weekend and holiday shifts. On average, you work one weekend per month. The working hours are as follows:
- Early shift: Monday to Friday from 6:25 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., on weekends from 7:55 a.m. to 2:35 p.m
- Late shift: Monday to Friday from 3:10 p.m. to 8:15 p.m., on weekends from 2:15 p.m. to 8:15 p.m
- In addition, there are an average of 1-2 assignments per month during office hours
