- Organisation and coordination of the various speaking hours
- Reception of patients for outpatient speech hours including appointment
- to carry out administrative and organisational work of the Secretariat Read and send all medical reports
- Support of the medical team in administrative activities
- Telephone contact with internal and external bodies Requirements:
- They have completed training to/from the dipl.
- Doctor's secretary as well as experienced user knowledge in MS Office programs, KISIM and SAP
- Very good German knowledge in word and writing are compelling, knowledge of a second language (e/f) is also advantageous
- As a friendly, accommodating and service-oriented personality, patient contact gives you great pleasure
