- You will develop, write, structure and revise operational concepts as the central basis for planning and decision-making processes and, together with the relevant stakeholder groups, convert them into further organizational principles such as operating manuals
- You work on operational issues in the area of functionality, processes, economic efficiency and structural conditions, develop viable conceptual foundations and thus make a significant contribution to the further development of modern hospital infrastructures
- In interdisciplinary workshops, working groups and coordination formats, you take responsibility for the content preparation, coordination, moderation and structured follow-up on a topic- and project-phase-related basis;
- In doing so, you represent operational requirements clearly, question needs and wishes constructively and contribute to well-founded and sustainable solutions even in demanding situations. Requirements:
- You have completed training in the healthcare sector at tertiary level (HF with completed further training at university level, for example CAS, or university degree from a technical college or university) and ideally have several years of professional experience in the hospital environment as well as in-depth knowledge of the service and support processes or experience in hospital or operational planning
- You think analytically, networked and conceptually, and grasp even complex relationships quickly derive reliable foundations for planning and decision-making processes
- You communicate in an appropriate manner, move confidently at interfaces and understand how to combine requirements from hospital operations with the perspectives of architecture, construction and project organization
- You appear steadfast, reflective and convincing, question concerns and expectations constructively and also represent less popular but operationally necessary decisions with a sense of proportion and clarity We offer:
