- Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Provide patient reception, guidance and support in a professional and caring manner.
- Holder of a Medical Assistant CFC.
- Experience in medical practice, medical centre or outpatient emergency service, an asset.
Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Provide patient reception, guidance and support in a professional and caring manner.
- Manage hotline, appointment making and message processing.
- Perform routine care such as blood taking, injections, infusions and assist physicians in specific medical actions.
- Perform the usual diagnostic tests: laboratory, ECG, conventional radiology, 24-hour blood pressure measurement, sleep apnea screening, spirometry, etc.
- Ensure the administrative follow-up of patient files and the various administrative tasks related to the proper functioning of the firm.
- Actively participate in the quality of care and the smooth running of daily medical activities.
Key requirements
- Holder of a Medical Assistant CFC.
- Experience in medical practice, medical centre or outpatient emergency service, an asset.
- Excellent relational skills and developed sense of hospitality.
- Dynamic, flexible and versatile personality, able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
- Ability to manage priorities, to work independently and rigorously.
- A strong team spirit and willingness to contribute to a collaborative working atmosphere.
- Good command of French, with good knowledge of German.
- Any other language is an advantage.
