- Responsibility for the operational management of the site
- Several years: Experience in retail trade with food, in gastronomy or in tourism
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Completed basic or additional training in retail trade, in gastronomy, tourism or gas station business with subsequent successful career
Main responsibilities
- Founding of a company and running our shop with petrol station with its own capital
- Responsibility for the operational management of the site
- Responsibility for the successful operation and further development of the shop and petrol station business.
- Target-oriented management and promotion of your team, incl. Independent recruitment
- ensuring implementation of the migrolino concept and compliance with standards
- responsibility for the acquisition of new customers as well as business results, sales and costs
- control and improvements in the process organisation – in cooperation with migrolino AG
- responsibility for the compliance and enforcement of health protection, occupational safety and hygiene regulations
- By working well with the headquarters you reach or exceed the agreed budget targets
Key requirements
- Several years: Experience in retail trade with food, in gastronomy or in tourism
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Completed basic or additional training in retail trade, in gastronomy, tourism or gas station business with subsequent successful career
- Experience in retail (ideally, the "ConvenITY segment") Service station experience
- Long years of experience in the management of employees and business know-how
- High sense of responsibility in terms of business progress, employees and customer care
- Above-average willingness to perform as a sales and leadership person
