Main responsibilities
- They take over the strategic and operational management of the nursing service in the Centre for Intensive Medicine and ensure a stable, efficient and efficient operation
- They lead around 180 employees and bear the responsibility for a high quality of care and for training in nursing care
- They optimise processes and resources, drive digitization actively and take on responsibility for the care sector
- They design the Centre for Intensive Medicine in a motivated and active manner, promote interprofessional cooperation as a central prerequisite and self-evident, and strengthen exchange and networking within and outside the LUKS Group requirements:
- They have completed training as an expert/expert intensive care NDS HF or equivalent SGI recognition as well as a multiannual professional experience in intensive care
- They have well-founded, multiannual leadership experience and willingness to develop actively
- They communicate clearly, bindingly and at eye level, network different interests and create confidence and orientation even in complex situations
- Further management or leadership training is advantageous.
