• Goal-oriented and project-appropriate preparation and execution of construction sites
• Economic deployment planning of personnel, equipment and materials
• Implementation of measures for occupational safety and health protection
• Independent and responsible management of the construction site and construction site personnel
• Use of digital tools for construction site planning, documentation and communication
• Application and co-design of innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM)
