- Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Main responsibilities
- Your key responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Being the liaison to various stakeholders across the global Roche finance network (e.g. local Finance Enterprise Partners, Roche Shared Service Center, Finance Excellence Partner chapter) on several major finance processes (Month End Closing, Budget, Forecasting, Performance Tracking).
- Leveraging technology and automation to drive digitalization as well as exploring and applying new technologies and tools in the fields of automation and Artificial Intelligence.
- Ownership of reporting solutions (sales, P&L, Headcount, Balance sheet) and providing key insights to local commercial affiliate on major KPIs.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency gains, promoting continuous improvement through standardised processes and tools in order to be brilliant at the basics.
- Collaborating closely with Finance Enterprise Partners and internal commercial stakeholders to enable increased customer experience and business impact along the customer journey.
- Acting as an enabler for the adaption of the new ways of working by shifting from affiliate focused finance operations towards an above country-cluster level
Key requirements
- Ability to work and thrive in a networked environment, cross-departments, stakeholders, hierarchies and geographies in order to work successfully across affiliates, sub-regions and regions with an enterprise perspective combined with an agile mindset.
- Capability to constantly challenge the status quo and successfully influence stakeholders to implement key change initiatives.
- Profound understanding and experience of key financial processes (Month End Closing, Annual Closing, Budgeting, Forecasting and Actual Performance Monitoring) and financial accounting principles.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a growth mindset.
- Actively seeking input and building relationships with other stakeholders in the ecosystem.
- Robust analytical skills, including business process improvement expertise. A strong business understanding to drive innovation effectively.
