Assume the professional management for the operation of the basic information and communication technology infrastructure in the data center on layer 1 – this includes the planning and implementation of optical waveguide and Cu installations, hardware installations and expansions, their exchange as well as the start-up and shutdown of operations
Analyze and correct faulty hardware system states and optical fibre and Cu network links (incident management) as well as assist in reconstruction and restart procedures, e.g. after system failures in ICT and TGM
