In the AEMP (formerly central sterilization) you ensure that medical instruments and materials are hygienically processed, controlled and ready for the next operation at any time. With your careful way of working, you make an important contribution to secure patient care. Even without previous knowledge, you are welcome with us – we accompany committed lateral beginners on their way to this exciting environment. YOUR TASKS

• Careful cleaning, disinfection, sterilization and inspection of medical instruments
• Composition and professional packaging of the instruments according to sieve lists
• Maintenance and regular inspection of equipment as well as conscientious documentation
• Ensuring first-class service quality
• Flexibility and operational readiness in shift operation (Monday to Friday: early, medium and late shift) YOUR PROFIL
• Completed proficiency course 1 (AEMP) or willingness to complete it
• Basic technical understanding of instruments and cleaning and sterilization processes
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Good IT knowledge and openness to digital developments
• Efficient, structured and reliable way of working with the ability to think and act in a network
• Physical strength and a good endurance of your personalities
