- Professional and personnel management of the kitchen team
- Ensuring an efficient service sequence and optimal team work
Main responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the kitchen team
- Ensuring an efficient service sequence and optimal team work
- Development and planning of the food & beverage offer in close coordination with the management and responsible departments
- Compliance and control of the operational hygiene and quality standards
- Calculation of recipes, daily dishes and menus to ensure profitability
Company and context
- of purchase and sales as well as compliance with the cost of goods
- Creation of daily specialities, planning and implementation of events and banquets
- Support, promotion and leadership of the employees Requirements
- Completed training in the catering or hotel industry
- Long-term experience in the kitchen as well as sound management experience
- Pronounced social skills, assertiveness and empathy in dealing with different personalities
- Creative and independent personality with passion for the cooking profession and pleasure in contact with guests
- Enthusiasm and the flair for the Asian cuisine
- German skills at B2 level in word and writing, further language skills are advantageous
