YOUR TASKS

• Professional care and care of patients
• Co-responsibility for the professional and qualitative development of the station, in cooperation with the superordinate care expert. Implementation of best practice standards.
• Implementation of medical regulations and participation in preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• High independence and responsibility in clinical decision-making
• Identification and control of emergency situations and initiation of appropriate measures
• Accompaniment of learners and students of nursing training
• Assumption of shift management tasks on weekends, late duty and at night after agreement with the management

Your profile

• Nursing professional with diploma level ll (DN II)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH or willingness to complete the training
• Good knowledge of German (verbal and written)
• Openness, communication, commitment and reliability
• High customer orientation, organizational skills, high sense of responsibility and resilience
