YOUR TASKS

• Coordination of cleaning and quality controls in economics to ensure the highest hygiene standards
• Ordering and warehouse management for consumables, including orders for medical practices
• Leadership and development of your team through regular training, coaching and promotion of employees
• Monitoring medical waste disposal processes and coordination with external waste management
• Processing of complaints and continuous optimization of work processes in economics
• Collaboration in the further development of the area of housekeeping and support, as well as in various projects

Your profile

• Completed training in housekeeping, hotel or building cleaning (EFZ)
• Completed management training level Divisional management Housekeeping/Hotelry
• Several years of professional experience in cleaning or facility management, preferably in health care
• Leadership experience or a clear willingness to lead and develop a team
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and a good understanding of numbers
• High social skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Customer orientation, flexibility and an independent working style
