Role overview

Mission The Business Monitoring team is one of the most transversal activities within Wealth Management (WM).

In this team, your role will be to bring support and expertise to WM function in all aspects relating to cross border regulatory framework.

Main responsibilities Ensure full availability of country manuals and e-learnings according to markets covered by the Wealth Management & Asset Management activities Ensure timely completion of trainings by WM Front Office Coordinate trainings with the support of Learning & Development team Manage the relationship with the external Country Manuals provider Ensure appropriate adaptation of provider’s manuals to the Bank’s Risk Appetite and strategy Maintain and develop the Cross Border’s control framework in adequation with the overall control framework (investment and banking services restrictions, sanctions, etc) Maintain and develop the MIS and reporting around Cross Border control framework and activities Develop and perform control activities around Cross Border framework (thematic reviews, business trips, investments, conduct,…) Any other task required by Management in the context of the employee’s main mission Your Profile Degree in a related field (bachelor in Finance, banking apprenticeship, CYP, banking internship or similar) High proficiency in MS Office including Excel & Powerpoint Knowledge in Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Business Object are a plus Minimum 3 years of experience in Cross Border management in a Swiss Private Bank Proficiency in Compliance and Regulatory matters surrounding WM business in Switzerland (FinSA) Strong analytical, organizational and research skills as well as curious & open mindset, flexibility, team-player and goal oriented Fluent in French and English.
