OSCAM – Ospedale e Casa Anziani Malcantonese is publishing the following job posting: Full-time IT Systems Manager Position. The Giuseppe Rossi Foundation manages a 56-bed hospital in Castelrotto. Of these, 26 accommodate patients suffering from psychiatric disorders and 30 are assigned to an acute care unit (RAMI – acute care unit of minor intensity). The hospital also has an emergency department and various clinics (cardiology, acupuncture, hepatology, radiology, ergotherapy, physiotherapy, laboratory, dietary service). In conjunction with the hospital, we manage a 105-bed nursing home in Castelrotto and a second nursing home in Caslano with 70 beds, as well as a day and night therapeutic center that can accommodate a maximum of 20 patients per day. The Malcantonese Hospital, to complete its staff, is looking for a full-time IT systems manager with experience. Responsibilities The person we are looking for will be responsible, under the supervision of the IT manager and in collaboration with the area managers of the various services, for the following tasks: • Management and maintenance of physical and virtual information systems • First and second-level support • Network management with its components • Development of internal projects • Management and configuration of NAS systems as well as the data lifecycle and backups • Configuration and management of network devices and VLANs • Firewall management • Communication with third-party service providers Requirements - Swiss citizenship or foreigners with a work permit - AFC as a computer systems manager or diploma in computer science (SUPSI) or management of information systems SSS - Proficiency in managing VMware vSphere environments - Expert administration of Microsoft AD environments - Experience in managing Acronis backups - Competence in managing Linux systems for specific services - Proven work experience, preferably in the Ticino healthcare sector - Availability to follow professional training courses - Pro
