The VP, Senior Underwriting Manager will be expected to travel as necessary to support the needs of the team and to cultivate key broker relationships within the specified regions (25%).
The position is a critical role in driving a diversified, dynamic and engaging team culture.
This position also requires strong technical acumen in underwriting property risks in the E&S segment, experience in overseeing and developing underwriting talent, the ability to manage complex processes, strong wholesale producer engagement and sales skills and a demonstrated ability of profitable portfolio management.
This position will be based out of our Atlanta office.
You will have the flexibility to work on a hybrid basis.
You will partner with your manager to set a flexible work schedule that supports you, our customers, and our brokers and agents. VP Level Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10 or more years of experience in the Underwriting, Market Facing, Broker, Carrier, or Risk Management area within the Commercial Insurance industry OR

We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation.
You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases.
The proposed Salary range for this position is $200,000.00 - $285,000.00, with Global Specialities Incentive Plan eligibility set at 50%.
