Our mission is to connect qualified professionals with cutting-edge companies, enhancing talent and fostering sustainable growth in the sector. ## Mission: - Proactively manage and develop the client portfolio in the sales and consulting sectors, with a specific focus on the Ticino market. - Provide high-quality service with personalized consulting, ensuring effective and innovative solutions for clients. - Maintain a constant and professional relationship with clients, listening to their needs and proposing suitable products and services. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure follow-up on offers and efficient order management. - Actively participate in sales campaigns, commercial events, and promotional initiatives to expand market presence. - Continuously monitor the market and competition, providing feedback and suggestions for optimizing the commercial offering. ## Profile: - Education: Mandatory possession of a Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency (AFC) to ensure solid technical and commercial foundations. - Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Swiss market, with proven sales and consulting skills, particularly in the Ticino region. - Languages: Native Italian speaker required. - Permits and Residency: Valid Swiss driver’s license and stable residency in Ticino, within a maximum distance of 20 km from the workplace, to ensure mobility and punctuality. - Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and a proactive teamwork attitude. - Additional Qualifications: Experience in retail trade AFC is a strong added value. ##
