Tasks you will like

• Independent testing, processing and booking of goods supplier invoices in SAP
• Responsibility for reconciliation, analysis and purification of WE/RE accounts
• Identification, analysis and clarification of stock and accounting differences and initiation of appropriate corrective measures
• Competent contact person for suppliers as well as internal departments for questions on invoices, volume and price differences
• Ensuring efficient and timely digital invoice processing with Yuuvis (document management system)
• Basic commercial training completed
• Experience in accounting, in particular in accounts payable and/or accounts payable, is advantageous
• High personal responsibility and a reliable and structured working method
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of solution-oriented cooperation with different stakeholders
• Strong communication personality with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Style-confident knowledge of German in words and writing
• Very good user knowledge in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel advantages that we offer you
