Description To strengthen its team, the Tarchini Group is looking for A INVESTMENT AND PARTICIPATION MANAGER Role Description The role will be responsible for monitoring and developing the Group's private investments, with a particular focus on existing participations and opportunities in the private equity sector.

The candidate will contribute to identifying new investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis of target companies, and following up on investments, supporting the Management in strategic decisions.

## Responsibilities - Analysis and monitoring of participations - Research and evaluation of new investment opportunities - Financial, industrial, and strategic analysis of target companies - Preparation of reports and presentations - Support in due diligence and negotiation activities - Interaction with external consultants and financial partners ## Requirements - Aged between 30 and 40 years - At least three years of experience in investments, corporate finance, or private equity - Degree in finance, economics, or related disciplines - Excellent knowledge of Italian, English, and German - Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural inclination for interpersonal contact and managing professional relationships - Swiss citizenship or valid work permit ## What We Offer - Permanent contract with full-time employment - Strategic role with direct exposure to Management - Compensation commensurate with experience and responsibilities - Opportunities for professional growth within the Group ## Contact - Applications: CV, certificates, and photo to risorseumane@tarchinigroup.com
