Full description

To strengthen our team in the field of toolmaking / assembly WZB, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated toolmaker with a focus on injection moulding tools.

Your tasks

• Timely production and assembly of new tools
• Carrying out modifications, repairs and servicing of injection moulding tools
• Execution of maintenance and maintenance work on injection moulding tools
• Coordination and processing of assigned orders (new tools, changes, repairs, service) according to priorities
• Ensuring a complete and qualitatively correct order conclusion in cooperation with Equipment & Tool Design (ETD) and Molding
• Analysis of defects and quality problems as well as preparation and proposal of appropriate measures
• Technical cooperation in optimization and innovation projects

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as a toolmaker or polymechanic, specialisation in mold making
• At least 5 years of professional experience in toolmaking
• Experience in the use of injection molding tools
• Safe handling of technical documents and work orders
• Very precise and structured working method
• High reliability and independence
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
