That's what you expect: Together with the UX team in the field of customer and digital business, you as UX Architect design the digital solutions of the furniture for employees and customers. In addition, you actively contribute to the further development of our discipline. This is what you do with us: As an experienced:r UX Architect, you represent user vision in the agile network organization and shape the digital user experience for employees such as Insurance and for customers. Your extensive experience in the User Centered Design helps you analyze complex issues and translate them into convincing, consistent and implementable solutions. You work closely with various feature teams, disciplines and roles (Epic Owner, PMs, POs, BAs, IT architecture, FE development), allowing you to build bridges and find joint solutions. As a homebase, your UX team is aside where you can regularly exchange with experienced UX architects, challenge and coordinate professionally. In your role as UX Architect, you develop cross-border UX concepts and guidelines that can be used in various digital solutions and processes and complement our design system. In addition, as a team, we are continuously working on developing our discipline and working methods and making use of modern technologies such as AI.
