The following position is aimed at candidates who wish to submit a spontaneous application as Head Clinician Urology. Profile The urology department of the Regional Hospital of Lugano represents a service in full expansion with an ambitious growth plan at the cantonal and national level. Essential Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Medicine and specialization in Urology with related registration in MedReg before the start of work activity. For foreign doctors: recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and related registration in MedReg before the start of work activity is mandatory. Proven knowledge of the Italian language (at least B2 level required) with related registration in MedReg before the start of activity. Knowledge of English is desirable. Work experience in urology departments, with particular focus on robotic and minimally invasive surgery. Documented clinical research activity with international training experience. Autonomy in managing urological patients. Strong availability and propensity for teamwork. Constructive and proactive attitude. Proficiency in IT tools.
