Description - Drafting statements of position, warnings and penal notifications in the field of reputation law, concerning German-speaking Switzerland - Drafting legal opinions, investigations in the field of reputation law, advertising, Internet and consumer protection, mainly in German - Fair business inquiries: handling of questions and aspects related to contract law, reputation and consumer protection - Handling of legal matters in all sectors of the legal service's activity (such as price publication, federal administrative law, etc.) ## Requirements - Bachelor or Master's degree in law - Interdisciplinary thinking, sense of economic connections - Ability to draft legal texts in German - Ability to understand quickly, resistance and calm even under deadline pressure - Control of an official language and oral and written knowledge of a second official language.
