Active in vocational training, it promotes the development of young talent, with every year more than 120 learners trained in our departments. For our HRIS team and Projects our Human Resources Department, we are looking for an intern for a start-up or to agree. As an academic intern/HES, you will actively participate in various HR digital transformation projects, making your active contribution to the digitalization of HR processes through projects with high strategic and organizational impact. You will be a true support in conducting digital HR projects and optimizing our systems and data. The missions that await you:

• Project coordination: Active support for the planning, monitoring and management of HR digital transformation projects (tool implementation, process optimization in particular).
• Data analysis: Collect, analyze and interpret data to inform strategic decisions (Power BI, Advanced Excel).
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress and results achieved.
• Team Support: Provide ongoing operational support for existing HR systems and processes.
• Documentation and continuous improvement: Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Communication and change management: Facilitate communication between stakeholders preparing media (slides, FAQs, internal news...) and ensuring transparency of information. Your profile:
• You are in the course of academic studies in a field closely related to Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis or equivalent.
• You have a good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• You are interested in the HR world, innovation and digital tools.
• You have an analytical, structured and solution oriented mindset.
