Universitario/a PAP in the Directorate for Continuous Training

The Professional University School of Italian Switzerland (SUPSI) competes at the Directorate for continuous training, a position as

Practitioner Universitario/a PAP (student/student Bachelor who follows the four-year programme of university practice), 60% employment. Entry into service 1 September 2026 or date to be agreed.

Shipments

• Administrative support for daily processes and activities.
• Support for continuing training: promotion, administration and relationship with teachers.
• Organization of meetings and events.
• Support to manage invoices and internal communications.
• Support for continuing training projects.
• Data management and preparation of administrative and strategic documents.
• Use of digital tools (Office 365, SharePoint, Ti-forma, newsletter management).
• Support for digital marketing and internal communication (newsletter, graphical content).
• Event management, promotional materials and gadgets.
• Administrative support to the Departments of the FC network.

Requirements

• Registration to a Bachelor SUPSI course in PAP mode in one of the following degree programs: Business Economics, Social Work, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, Civil Engineering or documented intention to enroll, subordinate to SUPSI's admission confirmation. It is considered to be admission for the academic year 2026–2027, with the beginning of the contextual work relationship at the start of the studies, and the enrollment in an ongoing path. In the latter case, the duration of the contract will be adapted to the expected conclusion of the training course.

• Good knowledge of the main computer programs (Microsoft Office 365 package, SharePoint).
• Good knowledge of the Italian language, at least another national language and English.
• Good learning, precision and motivation skills.
