Fondazione La Fonte, located in Lugano (TI), is seeking a Nurse 50-60% at Fonte 3.
The goal of this function is to ensure a professional management of the healthcare care of users and to manage the accompaniment process of some residents (including the development of the Individual Development Plan), caring for a careful and respectful relationship with them, with their family network and with external professional figures.
Requirements: - Higher education in nursing care - Preferably experience in accompanying people with disabilities - Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ability to cooperate constructively with various professional figures within the team and with the external network of professionals - Availability to work shifts The contract duration is expected from June 2026 to September 2027 (replacement of a colleague on leave).
