Hôpital du Valais is seeking for the Centre Hospitalier du Valais Romand a TRM Training Manager at 80-100% for the Diagnostic and Interventional Imaging Service (~60% dedicated to training with a minimum 20% clinical activity maintained) ## Mission - Organize, coordinate, and supervise the activities of the PF, as well as the reception, training pathway, and coordination of students within the TRM services of the CHVR (radiology, radiation oncology, and nuclear medicine) - Actively collaborate with internal and external partners within the institution regarding training and management - Develop the visibility of external training offers and oversee the monitoring of continuous training for TRM trainees - Design structured training programs (pedagogical objectives, content, methods, evaluation) aligned with the clinical and technological needs of the TRM sectors, in collaboration with the French-speaking HVS training center - Ensure continuous technological monitoring in radiology, radiation oncology, and nuclear medicine, in relation to the evolution of professions and professional practices - Evaluate the transfer of training skills into professional practice ## Profile - Hold a TRM diploma or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Swiss Red Cross and have proven experience in radiodiagnostics - Hold a CAS in adult education or equivalent qualification (or be willing to obtain it), as well as advanced training in management, with a willingness to develop complementary skills - Support and develop the skills of the PF through structured mentoring (coaching, sharing of best pedagogical practices, networking) - Demonstrate an interest in training engineering and the design of educational programs - Show ease in delivering training sessions - Possess strong organizational skills and high autonomy - Demonstrate project management and change management abilities - Commit to continuous quality improvement and promote evidence-based practices - Show excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and ease in interprofessional collaboration - Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and strong professional commitment - Master common computer tools Only applications matching the profile will be processed ## Offer - A stimulating and diverse work environment with the opportunity to leverage your knowledge and experience - Attractive employment conditions - Opportunities for continuous training and professional development Find all the benefits for our employees here
