Tasks - performs the educational care interventions and tasks established and agreed upon within the framework of team work intended to promote and maintain the state of health, stimulating the resocialization and personal autonomy of the resident(s) - participates, depending on the objectives envisaged in the educational project, in the rehabilitative activities and social and professional integration of the resident(s) - collaborates and maintains regular contact with both the other health and social workers caring for the resident(s), as well as with the family or guardian - performs and records on the appropriate documents the entry evaluations, the educational work and the development of the resident, as well as participates in the summary and supervision meetings scheduled in the Housing Unit or Inclusive Professional Areas (API) - collaborates with the Social and Health Schools in the training of the student(s) in compliance with the internship objectives - manages and takes care of the order and cleanliness of the sanitary material, the equipment provided, the medicines in the infirmary of the residences and API - carries out the medical prescriptions and therapeutic interventions authorized by his/her specific training, or by special instruction received and verified by the direct superiors; complies with all rules of hygiene and ensures quality logistical conditions within the sheltered housing or API ## • Requirements - diploma of social worker/ social worker SUP (option: educator/educator) or equivalent qualification - if in possession of foreign qualification recognition by SEFRI (State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation) - previous experience in intermediate socio-educational and rehabilitative facilities - ability to work in a team, critical thinking skills, creativity, proactive attitude, flexibility empathy and interpersonal skills - ability to enter and stay in relationships even in crisis situations - ability to elaborate and suppo
