Shipments

• Printing, control, sending stock stores Sigirino/Stabio/Rancate
• Stock monitoring service stations
• Planning imports from Italy and sending programme for customs
• Provision of journeys for deliveries of heating oil and fuels
• Processing delivery bulletins/bollettini direkt import/controlling stock
• Booking ATB load vouchers
• Telephone alerts and monthly invoice processing
• Place of work: Mezzovico; after the insertion period, possibility of 1 day of work remotely, on request and compactly with business needs

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in the field of Logistics/Disposition: Provision/ Logistics
• Professional training completed (AFC): KV or basic technical training
• Knowledge of the territory of the Canton Ticino
• Thinking and acting according to customer needs
• Good communication skills and empathy towards customers
• Resistance and flexibility in difficult situations and in high working load moments
• Ability to work in Team
• Knowledge of the fuel transport branch will constitute preferential title
• Italian (Great Level)
• German (Very good knowledge)
