Role overview

Description In this versatile role, you actively support the training center in the technical onboarding of new employees, the administrative and quality assurance supervision of training processes, and the further development of modern learning formats.

For our site in Visp, we are looking for a trainee for the training center for 6-12 months (80-100%).

Key requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree, preferably master's degree
  • Biological background preferred, but not mandatory
  • First experience in the independent handling of projects desirable
  • Basic knowledge or interest in creating matrices
  • Experience in training employees, conducting training courses, or working in a pedagogical environment preferred
  • High self-reliance, well-developed organizational skills, and precise work
  • Willingness to take on both technical and administrative tasks
  • Very good German and English skills
