Company and context
- The objective of the role is to manage the process of accompanying the user-collaborators (including the elaboration of the Individual Development Plan) and contribute to the organization of daily work activities in collaboration with the operators, supporting the user-collaborators in their performance and ensuring a respectful, trusting, and professional relationship with them and their respective networks. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work (social education track) or equivalent tertiary-level education
- skills and ideally professional experience and training in the gastronomy and hospitality sector
- experience in accompanying groups of people with psychiatric disabilities
- sense of responsibility, autonomy, dynamism, ability to cooperatively work with different professional figures within the team and with the external network of professionals The start of the activity is July 2026 and the employment contract is currently planned to be for one year.
