Main responsibilities
- Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a unique and special experience to all clients Reach & exceed your sales goals
- Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client’s tastes and goals for future purchases
- Assist in sales process as per established store protocols
- Communicate customer requests to management
- Assist in the submission of daily reports and sales reconciliation reports
- Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring counter stock
- Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
- Actively participate in merchandising projects, ie: daily stock maintenance, display changeovers, product transfers, etc.
- Provide superior after-sale service to all clients
Key requirements
