  • strong organizational, planning, control, analysis and decision-making;
  • ability to make decisions independently, even in complex situations;
  • ability to listen, to interpersonal communication and to mediate;
  • discretion, touch and firmness in performing the function, even in delicate situations;
  • predisposition to the management of difficult users;
  • correctness and sense of responsibility;
  • orientation to quality, spirit of innovation, reliability;
  • flexibility, spirit of initiative and ability to adapt;
  • attitude to both independent work and group;
  • ability to write and synthesis tools; 2 They constitute preferential title:
  • professional experience in the specific field;
  • experience in management roles;
  • knowledge of a second language between German and/or French and/or English. On the basis of the objectives, priorities defined by the superiors and regulatory provisions in force, organizes, conducts and coordinates the activities of the Social Intervention, participating in the same. It guarantees the development and quality of the office's performance, plans and checks the implementation of the activities and ensures the proper functioning of the service through the monitoring of procedures and the correct application of the regulations. In particular:
  • manages, supports and motivates employees, promoting professional development, enhancing skills and ensuring the evaluation process;
  • ensures the planning, organization and coordination of activities in the LAPS and the Regulation on municipal performance in the social field, ensuring the consistency, quality and compliance of legal and organizational provisions;
  • defines, develops and monitors uniform control tools and indicators, developing statistics and analysis to support management and improvement
  • manages particularly complex or sensitive cases and, if necessary, intervenes operationally in support of employees;
  • guarantees contacts and collaboration with the bodies and services involved in the social performance system (in particular in the LAPS), promoting coordination and operational integration;
  • offers specialist advice in its competence;
  • provides its professional updating and plans that of employees together with superiors and the Human Resource Division. In addition:
  • other work assignments compatible with its function and its skills can be given. Yearly wages (basis of 100%, thirteenth monthly and salary scale updated at 01.01.2026). band XIII (reference function: office leaders), classes 14-15-16 class 14: min CHF 82'509.45 / max CHF 97'361.10 class 15: min CHF 87'072.45 / max CHF 102'745.50 class 16: min CHF 93'074.15 / max CHF 109'827.40 Comments: Within the scope of the above-mentioned remuneration, the City Hall may recognize the activity carried out previously, if conforming to this Chapter, assigning one or more year of service pursuant to Article 39 cpv. 1 ROCCL. 3 The Municipal Administration offers the possibility of increasing professional skills and knowledge through internal and external training measures.
