Tasks

• Intake and management of civil law protection mandates for minors and seniors

• general counselling by volunteers and other bodies

Requirements

• bachelor in sociology, psychology, education science, social work, diploma of advanced studies SUP in mental health and psychiatry or equivalent qualifications

• experience in individual social taking

• the experience gained in administrative and accounting management

• knowledge of the right to protect adults and children, family law, and social benefits

• availability, reliability, cooperative and welcoming attitude, communication and mediation skills

• knowledge of services and authorities in Ticino

• organizational capacity, work for objectives and networking

• good mastery of the Italian language (conversation and editing) and good knowledge (conversation) of a second official language; knowledge (conversation) of the third official language is preferential title

• practical knowledge of the main computer applications

• license to conduct

• entry into service: immediately or next date to be agreed

• availability to work outside office hours

Terms of use

• appointment or assignment: these are those provided for by the Law on the sorting of employees of the State and teachers of 15 March 1995 (LORD) and the relevant Regulations. Any amendment of the law concerning salary and organization remains explicitly reserved

• working hours: 42 hours per week (for a 100% employment ratio), flexible or according to service requirements
