• Maintenance of workpiece lists as well as coordination of line and work plan maintenance for existing and new articles
• Planning, organization and support of operational tests as well as initial productions for new and reintroductions
• Creation, updating and provision of line, process and training documentation
• Assurance of product, process and quality controls including ongoing optimization of processes
• Support in the harmonization of processes, systems and best practices as well as promotion of internal transfer of know-how
• Requirements
• Completed apprenticeship as a food technologist or baker-confectioner/in, with further training at the level of professional examination or higher specialist examination
• Professional experience in the industrial production of food
• Structured, independent and reliable working method
• Experience in master data maintenance in SAP, in particular in the areas of parts lists and work plans
• Flexible readiness for use
• Operational tests can also take place early in the morning or in the evening if necessary
