Amstein + Walthert is an engineering company with approximately 1100 employees. As engineers, planners and consultants, we deal with all aspects of building technology and infrastructure throughout their life cycle. Our solutions are innovative, elegant and durable. Your missions: • As Technical Director of the project, you are involved in the implementation of a major laboratory project in Ecublens, at the cutting edge of the technique. You intervene at the heart of a complex and demanding environment, requiring strong control of HVACSER facilities and a good understanding of multidisciplinary interactions. First, your activity is shared between our Lausanne office and the project site. By March 2027 you will be 100% present on the site for several years. Once this major project is completed, other projects will be able to follow. With the support of a competent and committed engineering team, you ensure the technical and operational follow-up of CVCSER work on all SIA 41 to 53. As such, you: • Ensure technical, financial and work schedule monitoring • Organize the intervention planning • Quality control of work performed in accordance with company contracts • Active participation in construction and coordination sessions • Supervise the management of changes and monitor their updating • Contribute to the planning, execution and preparation of minutes in your area • Coordinates the technical interfaces between them and with other disciplines Your skills and qualifications: • Training in one of the CVCSER techniques • Minimum 7 years of experience in the technical monitoring of CVCSER and/or in the direction of works (in Switzerland an asset) • Strong technical skills in its field of expertise and in multidisciplinary coordination, with good knowledge of other building techniques • Experience confirmed in complex or large projects • Structured spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to manage demanding situations • Experience in communication and teamwork • Good
