  • Manage Underwriting empowerment and delegation across all Lines of Business. Complex Risk Review
  • Provide expert guidance to Underwriters on terms, conditions, mitigation strategies, and complex technical assessments e.g., Cut-Through Clauses, Downgrade Clauses, and LTA’s. Reinsurance Management
  • Coordinate and ensure governance over external facultative reinsurance purchases across the BU, including placement strategy, reinsurer engagement, terms negotiation support, approvals, and post-placement administration. Operational Excellence & Transformation
  • Contribute to thought leadership on emerging risks and product‑related developments. Digital & Data Enablement
