- Prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Maintain a clear product vision for Hadron across multiple asset classes and blockchain networks.
- Ensure long-term platform scalability and product coherence. Product Development & Delivery
- Translate business and market needs into clear product requirements.
- Maintain the product backlog and development priorities.
- Coordinate development cycles and feature releases.
- Ensure timely delivery of roadmap milestones. Engineering Coordination
- Act as the primary interface between product and engineering.
