What is the role about?

They lead the test engineering team with eleven employees professionally and personnel and strategically develop team, competencies and test and test systems. In addition, you coordinate cooperation with the relevant specialist areas, ensure 3rd level support and drive forward the needs-based further development of the test infrastructure.

What tasks will you take on?

• They lead the test engineering team with eleven employees professionally and personnel and develop structures, competencies and cooperation in a targeted manner.
• They are responsible for the recruitment, training and sustainable development of new employees and thus strengthen the performance of the team.
• They shape the strategic development of the team at the Reinach site and align it with future requirements.
• They ensure close cooperation with research & development, industrialization, production, project management and software development and ensure competent 3rd level support for complex technical issues.
• They identify future requirements for test and test systems, prioritize them together with the relevant interfaces and coordinate their successful implementation.

What do we expect from you?

• You have completed a technical degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable field of study.
• You have several years of experience in the industrial environment, ideally in PCBA production, test development or industrialization, and understand complex production and test processes.
• They have proven experience in project management as well as in professional or personnel management and understand how to develop teams in a targeted manner.
• They communicate stylishly and negotiably in German and English and move confidently in an international, interdisciplinary environment.
• They impress with an independent, creative and solution-oriented working method as well as strong communication and team skills.
