Main responsibilities
- You build up the newly founded engineering team, actively participate in the recruitment of new developers and create the conditions for a successful cooperation
- Depending on the team building phase, you work 50% hands-on: You develop scalable community features together with the team, contribute to architectural decisions and ensure technical and professional orientation in the team.
- You work closely with the product owner, the software architect and the entire team to develop sustainable and future-oriented software solutions
- The leadership of the software engineering team and the professional and personal development of your team members are your responsibility.
- You take the concerns of your team seriously and create a motivating and positive environment as a reliable leader Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: as a fullstack software engineer
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): Of Voteil, but more important is relevant professional experience
- Strong ability to lead and empathize as well as enjoy dealing with different personalities and cultural backgrounds
- You have in-depth FullStack experience – especially with C#, .NET and MS SQL, as well as modern web and front-end technologies, distributed systems and architectures
