## Responsibilities - Management and development of European and international raw material procurement - Leadbuying function for selected raw material categories for all Hilcona sites - Leadership, development, and support of an employee in packaging procurement - Professional supplier management, contract negotiations, and conclusion of strong purchasing agreements - Monitoring of market, price, and quality developments to ensure optimal procurement conditions - Close cross-functional collaboration with production, supply chain, quality management, and other company locations - Responsibility for projects in procurement, optimization, and supply chain efficiency ## Requirements - Several years of experience in strategic and operational procurement – ideally in the food industry - Completed business training in procurement or relevant degree (food technology, business administration, etc.) - Experience in project management - Excellent English skills (negotiation level), basic French skills are an advantage - Winning, communicative personality that builds trust and demonstrates strong closing skills in negotiations - Analytical, quality-conscious, and with an eye for effectiveness
