Start on May 1, 2026 or by mutual agreement as Responsibilities: - Ensure an efficient and patient-friendly outpatient clinic operation and be responsible for organization, staff scheduling, and resource management - Lead the MPA team professionally and personally, develop employees, and support trainees or students depending on the setting - Share responsibility for process and quality management, promote interprofessional collaboration, and actively drive improvements - Work operationally in daily business and support projects such as digitalization, process optimization, or the further development of outpatient services Requirements: - You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ (or equivalent) and ideally have experience in an outpatient acute hospital or polyclinic setting - You have leadership experience or are clearly motivated to take on a leadership role. Further training in leadership is an advantage - You are proficient in using digital tools and clinical information systems (e.g., MS Office, appointment and performance recording) - You work in an organized manner, are resilient, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment - You communicate clearly, act reliably, work in a team-oriented manner, and have a strong sense of quality and service Can you do something others can't?
