## Missione - Team leader of the IT Compliance unit ensuring the delivery and operations of all the services used by the bank Compliance entities at Group and Branch levels - In charge of managing a team of 11 IT specialists composed of business analysts and project managers

## Competenze e abilità specifiche - Master Degree in IT Engineering or equivalent. - A minimum of 10 years’ experience as IT Team Lead in a banking organization - Functional knowledge of Compliance, KYC, AML and regulatory reporting topics in the context of Private Banking - Technical knowledge of the IMTF AML and risk scoring solutions - Capacity to deal with several matters simultaneously - Ability to work independently, take decisions and set priorities - Pragmatic and solution oriented - Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, ability to interact at management level with key bank stakeholders - Fluent in French and English; additional languages are considered an asset - Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility
