Role overview
Mission: Team leader of the IT Compliance unit ensuring the delivery and operations of all the services used by the bank Compliance entities at Group and Branch levels In charge of managing a team of 11 IT specialists composed of business analysts and project managers Key responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the team and the related services to meet the expected level of quality Manage the portfolio of projects and ensure the proper delivery on time by meeting the business requirements within the approved budget Manage the team OPEX and CAPEX budgets within the approved envelopes Manage the team resources by setting individual objectives and developing their career path Specific Competencies and other Skills/Abilities: Master Degree in IT Engineering or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years’ experience as IT Team Lead in a banking organization Functional knowledge of Compliance, KYC, AML and regulatory reporting topics in the context of Private Banking Technical knowledge of the IMTF AML and risk scoring solutions Capacity to deal with several matters simultaneously Ability to work independently, take decisions and set priorities Pragmatic and solution oriented Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, ability to interact at management level with key bank stakeholders Fluent in French and English; additional languages are considered an asset Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility Others Swiss Residence Core Competencies : Adherence to the company’s values: Dedication, Conviction, Agility and Responsibility - Compliance with regulations and internal directives
