<ul> <li>Personnel leadership, coaching, and development of the two ICT teams</li> <li>Systems and infrastructure of a total of 10 employees</li> <li>Safety operation of the global cloud and directory services, server landscape, data centers, and network infrastructure</li> <li>Planning, prioritization, and coordination of projects and resources in close cooperation with the ICT leadership</li> <li>Evaluation, introduction, and operation of modern cloud, server, and network technologies together with the Technical Product Owner</li> <li>Assumption of the escalation function for complex technical questions (3rd level)</li> <li>Ensuring security, compliance, and operational standards</li> <li>Fostering agile, solution-oriented, and cross-functional collaboration</li> </ul>
<ul> <li>A completed education or degree (FH/HF/Uni) in the field of computer science</li> <li>Several years of experience in leading technical ICT teams or in a comparable role</li> <li>Knowledge of Azure cloud technologies and Entra ID (an advantage)</li> <li>Experience in the areas of server infrastructure, data center operation, network management, and hybrid cloud environments</li> <li>Well-developed leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li> <li>High reliability, quality awareness, and solution orientation</li> <li>Very good German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as good English language skills (at least B2)</li> <li>A team-oriented, motivating personality with a proactive work style</li> </ul>
