## Responsibilities - Personnel and technical management of the field service as well as coordination and organization of the work of third-party contractors and other specialist departments - Comprehensive resource planning and scheduling - Ensuring high work quality and adherence to high-quality standards - Responsible for on-call and emergency services, troubleshooting operational systems, and providing on-call service - Ensuring occupational safety and health protection within the team, creating safety protocols, and monitoring compliance - Ensuring knowledge transfer within the team and to suppliers, representing RhB's interests to third parties, and participating in coordination and construction meetings ## Requirements - Professional certification as Electrical Project Manager Installation and Safety (BPEL), Federal Certified Electrician, or equivalent qualification - Several years of professional experience in the electrical installation field, including staff management and occupational safety - High level of independence, initiative, and resilience - Team player with strong organizational and communication skills - Good IT skills with Microsoft 365 tools and (preferably) SAP ## What we offer - Leadership responsibilities after comprehensive training - 2nd class general subscription - Discounts on free travel tickets abroad - Paid mobile phone and subscription for business and private use - Attractive social benefits and pension plan with excellent services - Option to purchase additional vacation days - Opportunities for internal and external training with financial support from RhB ## Contact This is why you are the right person
