Description

• Responsibilities - Leadership: You lead a case management team of 5-6 people.

You are responsible for customer processes as well as ensuring quality in case handling.

Presenting services to clients is also part of this versatile role.

• Reintegration: Within the scope of case management, you proactively and consultatively support the affected person with your expertise in reintegration.

• Planning: You are responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of the reintegration plan and coordinate this and the necessary measures with the affected person and involved parties.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: For professional reintegration, you coordinate various stakeholders such as supervisors, HR personnel, treating physicians, therapists, social insurers, and, if necessary, legal representatives.

• Coordination: You organize and lead roundtable discussions with various specialists to ensure a holistic assessment and targeted decisions.

Your

• Profile - Education: Completed CAS training in Case Management / Reintegration Management or equivalent further education.

• Experience: You bring proven experience in case management with a focus on professional reintegration; leadership experience is an advantage.

• Knowledge: Good knowledge of social insurance and labor law.
